If you're not completely satisfied with your GM Glasses purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn sunglasses and eyewear in original condition
  • Items with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Products purchased directly from GM Glasses
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Prescription eyewear (custom orders)
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items purchased with promotional codes (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return:

All returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.

Refund Information

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 1-3 business days

Refund Amount:

Exchanges

Quick Exchange Option

For faster service, you may place a new order immediately and return the original item separately. We'll refund the original purchase once the return is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label at no cost
  • Rush a replacement item to you
  • Refund original shipping costs
  • Extend the return window if needed

Warranty Coverage:

All GM Glasses products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

  • Lens defects or scratches (not due to normal wear)
  • Frame breakage under normal use
  • Hardware failures (hinges, screws, etc.)

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days. Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must clear customs without issues
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional processing time may apply

Customs and Duties:

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GM Glasses is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we will:

  • Assist with tracking and insurance claims
  • Work with shipping carriers to locate packages
  • Provide documentation for insurance purposes
  • Consider replacement on a case-by-case basis
